Eastbound Interstate 80 in the Hirschdale area has reopened after it was closed due to a jackknifed semi truck, CHP Truckee said Saturday afternoon.
The closure was put in place shortly before 2:15 p.m. and was reopened around 4:45 p.m., according to Caltrans.
CHP said the truck was blocking the road in the Farad area. It is unclear if there were any injuries as a result of the incident.
